How long will it take to get my products?

All products get shipped from our warehouse the next day to ensure you get your munchiez in 1-3 business days.

Where do you get your products from?

All exotics snacks are verified as authentic and ethically sourced from snack vendors overseas.

Will my order arrive with freebies?

Yes, all orders are shipped with free snacks! We want our customers to try as many of our snacks as possible and learn about the flavors other cultures enjoy from the comfort of their own homes.

Do you have a discount code?

What if a product I want is out of stock?

We’re always restocking our products and updating our website—so check back at a later time! You can also reach out to us directly through email or via our chat button and we can make accommodations to get you the snacks you desire the most. Send us a photo and the name of the snack and we will get to work!

We recommend purchasing right away as most snacks are limited edition and may never return. 

What is your return policy?

Due to the rarity and nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges. Astro Munchiez strives to provide customers with fresh, up-to-date products. In the unlikely event that you receive an expired snack or drink, please contact us within 5 days from receipt. Send us an email at customerservice@astromunchiez.com.
